Avalon, in a tranquil garden setting, offers self-catering cottages with free Wi-Fi and balconies overlooking the valley and the Puketotora River. The whole environment was wonderful. The owner was kind and give us advices about restaurants, place to visit and so on. Highly recommended place!

The breakfast is extraordinary, offering a wide range of delicious options. However, what sets this place apart were the host. Delphine and her husband went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay, making you feel right at home. This place is well worth the visit and I highly recommend it.

The property was comparable to none facilities wise. We have stayed in many rental holiday properties but Top House Lodge was by far the best.

The accommodation with great, clean and the fan above the bed great for the warm weather. It had a lovely spa with a gorgeous view! We have already booked to stay again.
