Avalon, in a tranquil garden setting, offers self-catering cottages with free Wi-Fi and balconies overlooking the valley and the Puketotora River. The whole environment was wonderful. The owner was kind and give us advices about restaurants, place to visit and so on. Highly recommended place!

We stayed for 3 nights and wished we could stay longer. Delphine & Guillaume are exceptionnal guests, passionate about what they do and they make you feel very comfortable. Our rooms were very cosy, comfy and clean. The house is very spatious and well decorated. There is even a little play room for the children. The breakfast was very good too. We would definitely come back and cannot recommend them enough.

The property was comparable to none facilities wise. We have stayed in many rental holiday properties but Top House Lodge was by far the best.

Bob and Margaret were wonderful hosts, providing us with lots of useful information. We enjoyed the fresh fruit which was left for us and the beers in the fridge. It was great to relax in the hot tub at the end of the day enjoying the beautiful views.
