The kitchen was very well stocked. Sharp knives, cookware, bakeware, spices, even Tupperware for storage of food!! And measuring cups!! I like to stay were I can cook to cut down on ordering out and wasting money and they had everything I needed. My only addition would be an ice tray, which I didn't find. The bathroom was also well stocked to included various soap, shampoo, and laundry soap. A rarity in most accommodations I have used. I cut down on weight in my suitcase by purchasing these items after I arrived. It was nice not to have to worry about it upon arrival. The shower had great water pressure and very hot water if needed. The bus stop was a 2 minute walk away which has two direct buses to Stavanger fairly frequently. This was helpful since I had tours booked leaving from Stavanger. The train station was within 1 km.

The room was prepared with so much care for the guest - anything that could be needed was there + a bit more 😊 Clean and cozy, with big bathroom, a lot of light despite of small windows. I liked also the shelf full of books, to practice my Norwegian 😉 Good location just next the center of Egersund.

Beachfront Location: NorGlamp Glamping in Hjelmeland offers a private beach area and a terrace. Guests enjoy sea views and direct access to the coastline. It was really great, new and very clean. Everything was easy accessible and a lot of space and privacy for everyone.

This 2 floor apartment is huge with the most incredibly beautiful view! We were warmly greeted by Patricia and her husband with a plate of smoked salmon which was delicious. There is a two person jet tub in the bathroom we hope to have time to try out on our next visit in 2 weeks. The radiant heat in the floors kept the temperature perfectly warm. Right outside there is a very large private deck with comfortable table and chairs to enjoy your coffee with mountains, water and the quaint village below.

This hotel is in the heart of Stavanger, 5 minutes’ walk from Central Station and a 15-minute drive from the airport. The staff at the Scandinavian Royal were very kind and welcoming. The pool/sauna space was really relaxing. And the room was calming and comfortable. We were leaving earlier than the breakfast buffet in the morning to catch a ferry, and the hotel made us up a bag of breakfast treats to go! Lovely experience.
