The location is central, with lots of restaurants and malls, or just a leisure walk around the place. The apartment is huge! It's beautifully furnished and has a great terrace overlooking the harbour. The bathrooms have a jacuzzi (we didn't use it, though)and a sauna. We loved the massage chair that was perfect after a long, tiring holiday! The host, Geir, is very helpful, always approachable, and made sure we had everything to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommend! Do not think twice if you're looking to book your stay here.

The iconic DFDS ferry sailing from Oslo to Copenhagen travels across Skagerrak and Kattegat, stopping in Frederikshavn on the way. That was a lovely option for transportation and accommodation. The check-in went smoothly. Although the cabin was not big enough for our suitcases, they had a storage space, which was extremely helpful. The facilities, bar, cafeteria, and duty-free shop all were really lovely. And I must mention the Seven Seas restaurant! Dinner and breakfast options were incredible. We enjoyed our time there very much!
