Being in a tropical environment, we did come across a gecko in our room a few times, which is completely understandable. What impressed us was how quickly the staff responded each time, showing up within minutes and handling it with professionalism and care, never making us feel like we were a bother. From the delicious food, peaceful surroundings, and incredible diving/snorkeling center, to the small thoughtful gestures from the team, everything came together to create a truly memorable trip. This resort is not just about beautiful views or luxurious rooms, it’s about people who genuinely care. I would return in a heartbeat, and I recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a sincere, relaxing, and heartwarming island escape.

Resorts World Kijal terletak di Terengganu Timur, di pantai peribadi sepanjang 7.6 km. Ia menawarkan padang golf 18 lubang yang indah. Ia juga mempunyai kolam renang luaran yang besar. big room and very comfortable bed. many interesting activities can be done here. Very large swimming pool and clean beach. food is ok. many restaurants nearby. very beautiful surroundings . Maybe will come again next time
