The service at the hotel was absolutely first-class. Everything went smoothly, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel arranged transportation from the airport to the hotel for our employee, which made the arrival very easy and hassle-free. The breakfast was tasty and varied, with options to suit many preferences. There was also a shopping mall nearby, which made running errands easy and convenient – a great bonus for a business traveler. Based on our experience, we will book a room at this hotel again on our next trip to Kuala Lumpur. Highly recommended!

The staff at EQ is the best staff we have experienced ever at any hotel and we have traveled a lot. We had a room with the view to the Petrona towers, this was the best experience we had staying at a hotel. The choice at the breakfast were so many that will cover anybody’s taste. EQ is Highly recommended, the best 5 star hotel.

The hotel is not far from the airport - in fact, it is located within the airport territory - but a buggy is a great help to a tired traveler with bags... The room was spacious and well-lit with lighting options, the bathroom was very well equipped. The bed was exceptional - exactly what I needed to have a good rest after a long way, and even a longer way in front of me.
