Staff was super friendly, they offered us many great tips for activities in the area. WiFi was fast and reliable (which was not the case in other hotels we stayed at in Mexico). Overall, I think we enjoyed this hotel the most of all the ones we stayed at during our roadtrip around Yucatán.

We were glad to be able to leave our car in the enclosed secure courtyard at the front of the house. We were happy to find the home very clean. The living area is very large ..as are the 2 , upper floor, bedrooms. Adequate fresh bottled water was left for our use in the kitchen. The wifi was good and the power stayed on. The house is enclosed with an 8 ft. wall , so felt secure . Beds were comfortable ..and the master ensuite was nice too.
