Offering suites surrounded by patios, Hotel Boutique Casareyna is set in a charming 17th-century house. Located in the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Puebla, it features a restaurant and art gallery. It’s the third time we come back to this hotel and the kids are loving it. The pool is very cute and having the amazing restaurant inside the hotel is very comfortable (and yummy!) Location is great so close to everything but not inside the center. Will be back next year!

Claudia greeted us warmly, and the entire staff spoiled us with delicious food and exceptional service throughout our stay. The hotel is also incredibly well-located, offering easy access to the center of Cholula and nearby woods for beautiful nature walks. We truly hope to come back very soon!

This was the best hotel experience I've ever had. The staff was friendly and present when you needed them. They kept the property in pristine condition. The furniture in the rooms were beautiful, bed was comfy, bathroom was clean and spacious. There is a parking port if you need it. All of the plants and flowers were clearly well loved. Plenty of bird watching to be had on these grounds as well!

We asked for an early check-in and the staff was very helpful with it, very friendly. The room was great, spacious, great hot shower, welcome snacks in the room, and the hotel premises were beautifully decorated for Christmas. We only stayed for one night but would recommend it. The location is good too, a short taxi ride from the city centre.

Located on the shores of Lake Amoloya, Hotel 9 Manantiales offers a spa and a bar-restaurant with panoramic lake views. Each stylish room has free Wi-Fi and an LCD TV with cable channels. Everything was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The size of the rooms were very big and they were modern. The views from the room were scenic. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was nice.
