We were lucky to arrive on a day when Fuji was visible. The room was amazing and spacious, and the view from the balcony of Fuji and lake Kawaguchi was incredible! The onsen is a must! Super clean and quiet and relaxing hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and assisted us with an urgent matter we had. Will definitely stay here again!

We were so lucky to wake up both mornings with views of Mt Fuji. The house was so well equipped and instructions in English for using the facilities. Lots of heaters including in the bathroom to keep us warm. Easy walk to restaurants and convenience stores.

Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Google translator helped us to communicate. It's a hotel with traditional Japanese rooms with futons and shared bathrooms. I would recommend booking with breakfast and dinner! The food they prepared was delicious. To hotel is just a short walk away from the lake with the most beautiful view onto Mt Fuji. The hotel had plenty of parking and the whole building was spotless. We loved our stay there and would absolutely come back
