Plenty of space and very comfortable for bigger groups or families. Concierge team started a whatsapp chat group a day prior to check in and were responsive throughout our stay with any questions we had.

We were planning to walk between Tsumago and Magome, so I originally wanted to stay in one of the two towns. Places book up fast, and the local tourism office recommended Hostel Yui-an. I am so glad they did! It’s perfectly convenient to the trail, because you come into Nagiso station and the hostel staff will pick you up. Then, they can drop you off the next day for a short bus ride to Tsumago or Magome. The building is incredible - a 200+ year-old farmhouse that has been loving redone to be a warm and cosy mountain retreat. Great views, very friendly English-speaking staff (thank you Yuki-san for the wonderful local food recommendations!), and great food. The hostel served dinner and breakfast for an additional fee, and the food was delicious. We even had a hot chocolate after dinner that blew us away. Homemade plum wine, local sake tasting - this place has it all. It books up early, so plan ahead!

Tsutaya Tokinoyado Kazari mempunyai basikal percuma, taman, teres dan bar di Kiso. Ryokan 4-bintang ini menawarkan titik jualan pas ski dan khidmat shuttle percuma. The location is stunningly beautiful and peacefully quiet. The food is exceptional and the staff were attentive. If you want a real Japanese experience this is the place. I highly recommend.

Eternal Flame features a restaurant, bar and free WiFi. Free parking is available on site. The main street of Hakuba Echoland is a 6-minute walk away, and features many restaurants/bars. The hospitality provided by Mr Nao & Ms Kimmy is superb.

Taka is an amazing host, he is very friendly and helpful - his wife cooks really good breakfast (vegetarian friendly). The Pension is closed to the free shuttle bus to go to the ski resort and there is a lot of restaurant/cafe around. The private Onsen is also a really good + ! I wish I could stay longer and will definitely come back

A 10-minute drive from Hakuba Happo-One Winter Ski Resort, Pension Tomato offers spacious Western-style rooms with a loft area. Wow wow WOW. We didn't want to leave. This place was amazing. The two onsens are super plush. The owners are amazing people and we would highly recommend eating breakfast and/or dinner with them.
