Right from when I stepped off the plane, they arranged transportation, as well as bookings at restaurants, and shuttles to the ski resort. Communicating via WhatsApp was incredibly helpful and ensured that there were no issues during my stay, which was comfortable every day. The room was immaculately cleaned, and the daily breakfast was delicious. The high-quality interior decor and speakers made even the time spent indoors after skiing very enjoyable. The best part was having a hot spring in the room. Enjoying the hot spring amidst the snowy landscape was an absolute highlight. I will definitely book here again for the next season. The concierge team were truly fantastic and worked great.

Hostel Yui-an was the most special accommodation in our entire trip to the Japanese Alps. The house is simply amazing, the surroundings are peaceful and the girls who run the place are nice, friendly, helpful and speak excellent English. I would totally recommend it!

Great place! the owner goes above and beyond to make you feel at home and you can feel how things are kept to the highest standard - from the rooms to the facilities. The breakfast is amazing, we had it before a tough hiking day and it kept us going until the evening! It's also incredibly delicious and contains veggies from the garden. We'd like to thank the owner for taking good care of us and helping us have an awesome time. :)

Beautiful location with very attentive staff. Comfortable lounge area and the food was exceptional. The outdoor bath was constantly full of lovely hot water so we could enjoy at any time.

Eternal Flame features a restaurant, bar and free WiFi. Free parking is available on site. The main street of Hakuba Echoland is a 6-minute walk away, and features many restaurants/bars. Enjoyed my stay in 2023, and delighted to come again to such a welcoming and comfortable place to stay. Great room, breakfast, bus pick up and drop off, Onsen, ski advice and lift passes, and general help and care.
