The architectural beauty was unmatched by any hotel I stayed at in Japan. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They did not always get it right but by golly, they got everything right all in all. The food was exemplary and the onsen was good. I plan to go back.

We were provided the most DELICIOUS 3 course breakfast every morning. Nao even lent my partner and I goggles for the snow which we forgot to hire. Nao made recommendations for the mountains/snow conditions each day and dinner recommendations. Upon check out we were dropped off to the bus station as well. We will definitely be back when we next come to Japan. Thank you Nao for an unforgettable stay!!

Situated in Hakuba in the Nagano region, with Happo-One Ski Resort and Hakuba Happo Bus Terminal nearby, Pension Belnina features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking, as well as access to a hot tub. Belnina had a very nice family feel. Taka, Seiko and their friend Danny made our stay fantastic. Taka was very helpful with resort information and went beyond by picking us up and dropping us to the station. Seiko and Danny did a great job with breakfast, especially with the homemade baking. The drying room was great and the onsen was a great addition after a day on the slopes. We will definitely be back!

Lovely place to stay on a quiet street in Hakuba a short walk to restaurants and shuttle for skiing. Owners are wonderful people. Extremely helpful and friendly. The private onsen is nice after a day on the slopes.
