Amazing hotel and design. The room was close to perfection with all the comfort. Staff was incredibly helpful and professional. This place felt like the closest to perfection I ever had in hotellerie. Nowadays a lot of hotel have the 5 star but they are far away from the standard of a real one. This is a real one.

Kyomachiya Ryokan Sakura Urushitei terletak 10 minit berjalan kaki dari kawasan Kawaramachi yang meriah. Ia menawarkan penginapan gaya Jepun dengan kemudahan moden dan reka bentuk tradisional. The building itself was very beautiful and nicely decorated. The employees were very friendly and helpful and there was a nice area to sit and eat. There is a private bath that can be booked and costs a few yen, which was really nice to get into after a long day outside, we enjoyed it very much. The rooms are traditional, beautiful and kept exceptionally clean. There is a lot of space for belongings and luggage (though one must be careful not to hurt the tatami), a fridge, and a great bathroom which has everything one might need. Im very happy I got to experience sleeping on a traditional bed in a traditional room. I have to admit the mattress was a bit thin for my back so it wasn't too comfortable at first, my partner on the other hand thought its great so it really depends on preference. However, I asked if i can get an extra layer that I can put under to make it softer, and i got one! Afterwards i was sleeping like a baby, so if it seems a bit stiff at first ask for support :). We also got a lot of information on places in the area, including restaurants, everyone was doing their best to keep our stay as comfortable as possible. It truly is a great place and I have nothing I wish was different. The location is also great, close to the main "centre" and some public transport. It is a very good spot, quite relaxing and quiet considering its proximity to the famous streets. Walking down from Sannenzaka and the area, towards out hotel, is one of our very fond memories. A lot to do nearby, and great restaurants. Thank you for our stay, we had a wonderful time, and we hope we can be back sometime in the future.

Nice location in Gion, exceptional staff, jacuzzi and shower room. Has an ashtray out front of the building if you smoke. Was a great experience for a night, after a day of climbing to the top of Fushimi Inari

Terletak di lokasi yang baik di pusat Kyoto, Nazuna Kyoto Higashi Honganji adalah 6-minit berjalan kaki dari TKP Garden City Kyoto dan kurang dari 1 km dari Stesen Kyoto. The hotel is so beautiful and peaceful you almost don't want to leave. The staff were very welcoming and made us feel at home. We had the shabu shabu dinner and 2 Japanese style breakfasts which were cooked right in front of us by the lovely staff who we really enjoyed talking to. The location was only a 10 minute walk from Kyoto station but in a relatively quiet location, which was very much appreciated after the busy tourist spots of Kyoto. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough and we will definitely be returning if we are ever in Kyoto again.

Everything met or exceeded our expectations, very helpful staff picked us up from the station and even carried our luggage for us. Onsen facilities were great as well as the food

The room itself was lovely, with private shower and toilet. There’s also a kitchen available for guests. And I also enjoyed the pleasant incense on the first floor :)

Terletak di Kyoto dengan Kuil Sanjusangen-do dan Stesen Gion Shijo berdekatan, 谷町君 星屋 東山望月居 menawarkan penginapan dengan WiFi percuma, serta akses ke tab mandi panas. LOVED this place! Large and roomy by Japanese standards. Full kitchen and laundry. Stayed 6 nights and could have easily stayed longer. Heated flooring was perfection! Huge master bed. Massage Chair was used each day after lots of walking. Bathroom was massive; and toilet room had plenty of knee room. Very easy to communicate any needs or questions. Great location - tip: tell taxis to take you to ‘doubletree’ hotel, and then it’s a short safe walk about 100m from there. Taxi to Nashiki Markets was about 700yen, but easily walkable. River close by to watch the fish and birds. Could easily have lived in this accommodation. Felt more like home than a hotel. Bonus: Shalom Restaurant downstairs has the BEST wagu on earth. And the most amazing hospitality from the hosts.

Terletak di Ine dan dengan Manai Shrine yang boleh disampai dalam 16km, 海蔵寺 宿坊 櫻海 menyediakan basikal percuma, bilik bebas rokok, WiFi percuma dan taman. Was very comfortable and quiet. Great location.
