Kyomachiya Ryokan Sakura Urushitei terletak 10 minit berjalan kaki dari kawasan Kawaramachi yang meriah. Ia menawarkan penginapan gaya Jepun dengan kemudahan moden dan reka bentuk tradisional. Super nice staff that were helpful and greeted us! such a nice experience. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Kyoto. The Location was also in a quiet neighboorhood, which wasn't too far away from attractions and stuff.

Terletak di lokasi yang mudah di daerah Higashiyama Ward bagi Kyoto, 祇園四条ホテル terletak 1-minit berjalan kaki dari Stesen Gion Shijo, 800m dari Samurai Kembu Kyoto dan 1.7km dari Kyoto Shigaku Kaikan... Location was ideal. Right in the heart of Gion near restaurants and train stations. A short walk to the main shopping precinct and Nishiki Market. Very friendly staff. The chocolate shop a couple doors down is very good!

The interior and finish were amazing , the blend of Japanese and Scandinavian furnishings were so elegant. Staying at the traditional Japanese room gave us a true Japanese experience.

Terletak di Kameoka, 13km dari Oyamazumi Shrine, Ryokan Sumiya Kihoan menawarkan penginapan dengan kolam renang luaran bermusim, tempat parking peribadi percuma, taman dan teres. Worth every cent! What an experience! I wasn't sure at first (as I had the whole responsibility on me to decide for the group I was with) and if you're on a budget like we were, well this is a spend ..BUT..so happy I booked Ryokan Sumiya Kihon. As a tattooed group we had to rent private. It was hilarious to be butt naked with your best friends and ridiculously relaxing. The food is delicious. Breakfast= huge but Dinner = a little small for our crew. (Spanish/Australian mix). It's fine. Just bring snacks ;).

Kurang dari 1 km dari Istana Nijo di pusat Kyoto, 谷町君 星屋 神泉ノ宿 二条城 mempunyai penginapan dengan WiFi percuma dan akses ke taman dan tab mandi panas. The location was great. It is near 3 train stations Shijo-Omiya, Nijo station and Nijojo-mae station (all under 1KM walk). Shinsenen-mae bus stop is only 100m away. There are many nice eateries around with many large supermarkets, LIFE at Nijo station, Seiyu Sanjo (300m) away as well as Fresco (300m) away. The apartment is also sparkly clean and new unlike some of the comments from the past. The staff at the counter were great and super responsive. There is a folder on the instructions to operate the appliances in the apartment. The coffee capsules given were superb, better than some of those stall bought coffee. We checked in in the evening and was able to enter the apartment without any help. The management sent a detailed video on how to operate the digital key lock prior to check in. The pricing of this apartment was pricey but worth every penny. Will certainly recommend to our friends and family!

After being initially slightly dissapointed we could not get a funaya accommodation, after our actual stay, all I can say is how lucky we were to have experienced the stay here instead. The room was so spaceous, and bright, with all the facilities we would have wanted. The kotatsu has been lovely! All the decoration and overall setting feels so cosy and warm. Exceptional breakfast, with many delicious choices. Lots of flavor and fresh, local ingredients. Loved the pickles and the atsuki dessert! Everything was spot on! Much more than we could have hoped. Wish we could have stayed more to enjoy the room facilities even better.
