Amazing hotel and design. The room was close to perfection with all the comfort. Staff was incredibly helpful and professional. This place felt like the closest to perfection I ever had in hotellerie. Nowadays a lot of hotel have the 5 star but they are far away from the standard of a real one. This is a real one.

The restaurants in the hotels arereally good. The 7 eleven next door is very convenient. The onsen and sauna are to great amenities to use after a long day of excursions.

J-Hoppers Kumano Yunomine Guesthouse is situated in Hongu, a 10-minute drive away or a 70-minute walk on the Kumano Kodo Pilgrimage Route from Kumano Hongu Taisha Grand Shrine. This was the best value for money stay I had this trip. Highly recommend opting for dinner to be included with your stay. The steamed vegetables and meat with rice and soup was a sumptuous, healthy yet delicious meal especially at the end of a day's big hike. The dorm beds were comfortable, and it was a really nice luxury to get a private onsen experience (especially the outdoor one). Though there was no convenience store around, the hostel has a very good range of snacks, instant noodles, buns at good prices so you don't have to worry about not having food around.

Kyomachiya Ryokan Sakura Urushitei terletak 10 minit berjalan kaki dari kawasan Kawaramachi yang meriah. Ia menawarkan penginapan gaya Jepun dengan kemudahan moden dan reka bentuk tradisional. The building itself was very beautiful and nicely decorated. The employees were very friendly and helpful and there was a nice area to sit and eat. There is a private bath that can be booked and costs a few yen, which was really nice to get into after a long day outside, we enjoyed it very much. The rooms are traditional, beautiful and kept exceptionally clean. There is a lot of space for belongings and luggage (though one must be careful not to hurt the tatami), a fridge, and a great bathroom which has everything one might need. Im very happy I got to experience sleeping on a traditional bed in a traditional room. I have to admit the mattress was a bit thin for my back so it wasn't too comfortable at first, my partner on the other hand thought its great so it really depends on preference. However, I asked if i can get an extra layer that I can put under to make it softer, and i got one! Afterwards i was sleeping like a baby, so if it seems a bit stiff at first ask for support :). We also got a lot of information on places in the area, including restaurants, everyone was doing their best to keep our stay as comfortable as possible. It truly is a great place and I have nothing I wish was different. The location is also great, close to the main "centre" and some public transport. It is a very good spot, quite relaxing and quiet considering its proximity to the famous streets. Walking down from Sannenzaka and the area, towards out hotel, is one of our very fond memories. A lot to do nearby, and great restaurants. Thank you for our stay, we had a wonderful time, and we hope we can be back sometime in the future.

Situated along the Okawa River renowned for beautiful cherry blossoms, Imperial Hotel Osaka is a prestigious 5-star hotel with elegant guest rooms, a fitness centre and various fine dining options. Very friendly staff, cosy and spacious rooms, nice view, great breakfast.

Buddhist temple berusia 1000 tahun, Shukubo Koya-san Eko-in menawarkan penginapan gaya Jepun, taman yang indah serta Wifi percuma. Amazing place - absolute MUST! Thanks again to the amazingly friendly monks… out of this world!

Good location and short walking distance to a subway station. The place is quite new and the owner is a very friendly Chinese gentleman who can speak English too. He provided good pointers on places to visit.

Terletak di lokasi yang mudah di daerah Higashiyama Ward bagi Kyoto, 祇園四条ホテル terletak 1-minit berjalan kaki dari Stesen Gion Shijo, 800m dari Samurai Kembu Kyoto dan 1.7km dari Kyoto Shigaku Kaikan... Nice location in Gion, exceptional staff, jacuzzi and shower room. Has an ashtray out front of the building if you smoke. Was a great experience for a night, after a day of climbing to the top of Fushimi Inari

Terletak di lokasi yang baik di pusat Kyoto, Nazuna Kyoto Higashi Honganji adalah 6-minit berjalan kaki dari TKP Garden City Kyoto dan kurang dari 1 km dari Stesen Kyoto. The hotel is so beautiful and peaceful you almost don't want to leave. The staff were very welcoming and made us feel at home. We had the shabu shabu dinner and 2 Japanese style breakfasts which were cooked right in front of us by the lovely staff who we really enjoyed talking to. The location was only a 10 minute walk from Kyoto station but in a relatively quiet location, which was very much appreciated after the busy tourist spots of Kyoto. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough and we will definitely be returning if we are ever in Kyoto again.
