Composed of 2 buildings, The Okura Tokyo boasts a garden and bar. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk and room service, along with free WiFi. Everything was perfect. Room layout was great. Wonderful view. The pool was also fantastic. Breakfast was also very good, I would say among some of the best I've had.

Opened in April 2017, Hakone Kowakien Tenyu offers Japanese-style rooms with tatami flooring, an open-air bath or ceramic open-air hot springs bath made with Shigaraki pottery. Loved the room & overall hotel facilities. I have lost my backpack; left it on the bus from hakone-yumoto stn to tenyu stn. The staff was very kind and helped me find the backpack by contacting the bus company. I appreciated it so much. Also 2 public bath were amazing!!! Would love to go back!

Terletak di Nikkō, 11km dari Stesen Nikko, COZY Inn Free Shuttle service menawarkan penginapan dengan taman, tempat parking peribadi percuma dan lounge berkongsi. We stayed just one night at Hiro's place and we had an amazing experience! The house is lovely in a very traditional Japanese style, and there's a small private onsen too! Hiro really made us feel welcome in his home, and greeted us with lots of kindness. The garden has a lovely pond and the little dog is so sweet! I really recommend Hiro place for an authentic and lovely experience in Japan. Hope we can come back again in the future. Thank you Hiro!

This was probably the cleanest place we've ever stayed! The staff took care of the smallest details: we were given robes, nightwear, slippers, toothbrushes, bath products, a razor... the list goes on. What's more, the cosmetics and cleaning products were of the highest quality. I regret that we don't have such at home :) The room was cleaned perfectly every day. Not to mention the legendary Japanese toilet 🙂
