The staff was so friendly and helpful, even with the language barrier. They really went beyond! Stayed in the single room, it was minimal and clean, with all needed. Was able to use the sauna and onsen, at no extra charge. The location is amazing, with an amazing view. The terrace view is breathtaking! However a little outside of town, so might be hard to get access to without a car/bicycle. The shared bathroom was extra clean, and the onsen was amazing, with several free amenities. If you're travelling alone, the single room is a great option!

A 3-minute walk from JR Kinosaki-Onsen Station, Koyado Enn offers hot spring baths for private use, a café and a restaurant. Free WiFi is provided, and yukata robes are available at the reception. Beautiful Inn. Very polite employees. The room was big and cozy. You get a pass for all the Onsens. One of the nicest stays on our trip trough Japan.

Onishiya Suisyouen offers beautiful hot-spring baths, a sauna and Japanese garden beside the Maruyama River. Amazing place. Friendly and very helpful staff. Delicious dinner and breakfast. Shuttles to and from the baths until 10 pm. Private Onsen bath is also quite comfy Excellent service. A little remark: i'm surprised about how good the coffee is from an automatic coffee machine.
