The owners and staff deserve real credit for how much attention to detail, creativity, love and perfection they have put into this place. 10/10 experience, we hope to come back!!!

We really enjoyed our stay and were amazed by both the kind gestures from our host and the beautiful care that is taken of this home on the hill. There were kind kind touches throughout the guesthouse that we were so appreciative of and the care taken to provide such to guests were so clever and nice. The location is so great for the train station (truly 3 minutes away) and we found a nice restaurant close by on the night we arrived. I would describe the town as sleepy (meaning quiet). The ability to get to the Nakasendo so easily was very much appreciated.
