Right next to JR Sapporo station and very close to Daimaru. The room was very clean and had all the amenities that you would need, even some bonus ones like a basic hair scrunchy.

The staff were absolutely incredible; we had to have our bags shipped down to Osaka due to smaller stops in Tokyo and Mt Fuji (too short to be able to guarantee the bags would arrive on time) which is a crazy distance. The ladies at the Information Centre were able to explain the process for this and even drew us a map to get to the shuttle bus to the train station and encouraged us to take a jacket and do a practice walk the night before. The tour we booked was also fantastic, and the food and local beer was great too. The room was incredible; it was so affordable for the space you're given and relaxing in the onsen overlooking the ballpark was an unforgettable experience, they even have snacks and a bar! Everyone we came across was so lovely, even other people staying were interested to hear about our trip as it's not a common place to find foreigners.

Very clean, comfortable, and with many thoughtful and convenient touches included. Great location near the main street where many shops/restaurants were located, and also very close to the canals. We accidentally went to the wrong property at first, but the owner very kindly gave us a ride to the correct place and explained everything to us.

The beds are on the tatami mat, very aesthetic. I can even hear the otaru steam clock tower from my room, very pleasant sound. Do not look down on this service apartment!

Beautiful, picturesque stay in the mountains of Sapporo. The staff were professional and organized, allowing us to stay in their lobby with a scenic view of the snow, river, and mountains while we waited for check in. We were provided with local snacks and drinks and our room was ready 30 minutes early. The dinner was delicious and well-portioned, favorites being the steamed rockfish and pumpkin brûlée. Staff were attentive throughout the meal and offered to refill our rice whenever we were out. The rooms were spacious, clean, and stylish. We booked the suite with a private onsen and it was wonderful to soak and watch the snow fall outside. The staff also helped us reserve our taxi to the airport after check out and the overall process was very smooth.

Miru Niseko, is located an 8-minute drive from Niseko Mt. Resort Grand Hirafu and Niseko Village Ski Resort. Room space is very big. Quality is pretty good
