It is an amazing place with helpful staff, the surroundings are so beautiful, and the view on Mt Fuji was the best I’ve seen. (If she shows herself). Would recommend, it’s really peaceful around the hotel.

Located in a 100 year-old Registered Tangible Cultural Property, Ryokan Hostel K's House is located in Shizuoka, a 7-minute walk from JR Ito Train Station. This was the first hostel I’ve stayed in and I can’t recommend it enough! The property is absolutely beautiful in a traditional Japanese style with a large common area that’s great to hangout and chat with other guests. The staff also speaks English and are so friendly and helpful it feels like a second home. There is cleaning that happens in the hostel everyday between 11am-3pm but you can still use the premises and sit around the common area, it’s just the onsen that’s closed. The onsen is also absolutely amazing. The town also kinda goes to sleep relatively early so the hostel is quite peaceful by 9pm. I stayed in a female only dorm and it was quite spacious and everyone was tidy and quiet at night.

A wonderful stopover as we walked the Nakasendo trail. The hosts, Ken and Yuki are super friendly, kind, and fluent in English which is rare in smaller hotels in Japan This small hotel is very cozy, the food is delicious and there is a small bar in-house which is great since there is not much to do in Magome at night. Rooms are spacious, traditional tatami and bed available. We had a very nice view of the mountains. Even though bathrooms are shared there are only a 5 rooms in the property, so not a lot of people and everything is spotless clean.

The place is very clean and equips with everything you need for a night stay. They even have free drinks in the fridge including beers for guest. Room size is good as well. Quiet neighbourhood near the temple. I would stay there again if I return to Nagano.

Terletak di Fujikawaguchiko, 3.8km dari Tasik Kawaguchi, 7c villa and winery menyediakan penginapan dengan taman, tempat parking peribadi percuma, lounge berkongsi dan teres. this was my fifth time in japan and this is probably the best stay ive had. the property is newly built so it was immaculately clean (although no housekeeping, we were there for two nights). the staff is incredible, friendly and warm. the breakfast delivered to our room everyday was amazing. i recommend booking at least one dinner at the restaurant, the food and service were exceptional. the complimentary light meal was already good enough. they also have a store a couple of steps away from the hotel where they sell a lot of high quality souvenirs. the free winery tour and wine were a nice touch.
