Also the staff was very poliet and professional. The services they had was very professional. Facilities like private onsen was very useful since we were shy to go for the public ones. Love our private room with private toilet which is a great convenience. The room is very big but Cosy, overlooking the river. Lots of areas to chill out in the hostel as well. Bonus was the private onsen!
