Great service, I had the option for early check in and when I arrived they respected my early check in. The process was easy and fast. All the members from the reception, waiter till the chefs are extremely kind and respectful. We had the best room for Petra's view. The room was clean. The food delicious (room service and breakfast). The place is only 3 minutes away from the Visitors Center and Bus Stop. 5 stars for this place.

I had a very enjoyable stay, The receptionist, Ibrahem, was absolutely charming and went out of his way to make my stay relaxed and helped with advice about where to go and made me feel at home. The location has stunning views of the sunset, is very reasonably priced and I felt very relaxed staying there. All the staff were very hospitable, friendly and helpfiul

He gave us helpful information about visiting Petra. + The room was clean, modern and confortable, with a great view over Wadi Musa. It was awesome! + Great location near to Petra Visitor's centre entrance. + Nice breakfast to take away for a full day at Petra. The lunch box was more than enough for lunch. They adjusted the breakfast for us. We really appreciated it!. It's highly recommend and bread value for money

Petra Elite Hotel mempunyai lounge berkongsi, teres, restoran dan bar di Wadi Musa. The room with the mountain view is amazing - sunset from this place was maybe the most beautiful we've seen in Jordan.. There is a rooftop restaurant where people fight to take places next to window, while you can get it just for yourself, sitting in comfortable chair. very tasty breakfast. But this is not the best in this hotel. The lady supervisor is the nicest, the most organized person I've met in any hotel. Whatever we needed, one word and she took care of it. Confidence, control and positive energy. She could easily be head of any hotel in the world. Great stay, fully recommend

Amazing staff, very clean rooms and great breakfast. Due to the situation in the Middle East it was rather quiet, but that didn't stop them from ensuring we had a great stay.

Sunset Hotel is situated opposite the main entrance to Petra (3-minute walk away), in Wadi Mousa. It features free Wi-Fi in public areas and an outdoor restaurant. Great hotel! The location is really good. 3 min wallking from Petra entrance. The rooms are clean. Since the hotel was fully booked, we were upgraded at suite, which was truly lovely with a large balcony. The staff is very friendly and kind. The guys at the reception are fun and helpful. Everyone speaks English fluently. Parking is right in front of the hotel and it’s free. The food is good. There's a market just below the hotel, and there are restaurants nearby as well. Highly recommended.

Mr. Zeyad (general manager) was very welcoming and helped cater for our needs. The rooms were clean and had a fantastic view of the city. The facilities were of a high quality. The swimming pool is cool , much needed after a long walk in Petra. I will definitely come here next time!
