Especially ,Marwan, Ahmed and Osaman. Few days before arrival I was already being asked if there was any needs that they can help me with. Also regarding the SPA, Sauna and Jacuzzi (which came free with my booking), it closes at 10pm, but they kept it late for us as we were running a couple of hours late. Also prepared breakfast earlier than normal time for us because we were leaving for Petra early that day. they offered us boxed breakfast or breakfast in the dining area.

The room was very clean, comfortable and sound-proof. I also had the pleasure of attending a wedding celebration at the enchanting Astor ballroom. The event was beautifully organized and catered in-house with a generous and varied buffet selection.
