There is an excellent restaurant on site as well where we've had dinner one night. The surroundings are wonderful and impeccably maintained as well as the pool area. We had an amazing stay! Everything was perfect. the room was clean, all the utensils, cookware all in the kitchen looks new. they gave me a welcome wine bottle. bathroom is spacious. there were washing machine and dryer at the basement , u have to download the app to pay when usiing them. the staff were very friendly too. i would definitely stay here again when i visit florence again. superb!!

Room 36 is an amazing room! Don’t know if there’s a better one. I’m sorry, Lizzie or Lily, the receptionist was also friendly and accommodating.
