We arrived late at night, and although the reception was unattended, they had left the keys for us along with a note explaining that we could complete the check-in process and make payment the following morning.

The views are amazing, overlooking the mountains of Sassolungo and Sassopiato from one side and Val Gardena on the other. The rooms are super clean and comfortable, the staff is very kind and welcoming and the breakfast is amazing and features even gluten free delicious food. The spa facilities are exquisite, both outside and inside. The hotel features a big pool, outdoor jacuzzis with amazing views overlooking the mountains, sauna, steam bath, cold plunge, massages and many more. Honestly one of the best hotels I have stayed in the area and super value for money. I would normally pay double the price in other hotels offer the same facilities in the area. Definitely coming back!

The hotel is made up of 2 separate buildings. Reception and the restaurant are set in the main building, while rooms and the sauna are in the annex. A public ski bus stops just 500 metres from the hotel. Great place, nice pool and sauna. I wished we had spent more time there. Great breakfast and very kind staff. Recommended!

The relaxation area features heated water beds and a selection of fruit juices and herbal teas. One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. The staff was extremely warm and helpful, service was immaculate and the meals were fantastic! We were so pampered. Everything about the hotel is thoughtful and aimed at providing a perfect experience. It is also very near to the Kronplatz ski slope.
