The owner of the place (Giuliano) provided exceptional assistance throughout my stay, including the opportunity for self-check-in after 10 p.m. The LaSpezia central train station is a 30-minute walk from the suite. I would definitely recommend the Cinque Terre Hub Suite for your visit to LaSpezia. The Nespresso capsules that were offered as a compliment were a nice surprise.

Staff have very good service with smile. He is so nice to let's us in before check in time for room which are ready. and helping us with luggage. Welcome drinks and sanck was great. we stay at Panorama room which is the biggest. You will love it. Big balcony with sofa and Jacuzzi. It is very good value for money. There is some few parking spots. Location of hotel can reach by car which is very few in Riomaggiore. Recommend you to use the luggage delivery service if you come by train. It's worth it. and he was so nice to offer us to go to hotel by car 1 person. Location for walk down hill to center is easy but not uphill. But we could use elevator which very convenience. Recommend to order their breakfast. Delicious and plenty.

We enjoyed ourselves there.

Elisabetta was very welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Anna, the manager, was extremely nice. We had dinner at their bistro, friendly staff, wine and food were amazing!

Free WiFi and air conditioning are available throughout. - most friendly welcome we have ever received at a hotel - amazing level of service by all the staff - many personal touches, very homely feel, with many lovely areas to sit - amazing food and very flexible, catering to any of our needs - despite on the small side, modern and very comfortable bedrooms with a nice balcony (beautiful views on mountain and sea side). - great place to start exploring Cinque Terre (although I would recommend avoiding high season like we did, because it gets extremely busy). We parked our car at Moneglia train station (about 10 € for the day), took a train to Monterosso and took the ferry from there.

Absolutely everything was spectacular. First the views - just incredible. Staff was lovely, the facilities even more beautiful than pictured. We booked one of the tents and it was even better than I hoped with clear, gorgeous views and comfortable everything. Breakfast was generous and we loved that they offered shuttle service to the train station. We also rented bikes for a day which was a great way to get around and see things.
