Smooth check-in and they were always available on WhatsApp and responded quickly to questions. They helped us book a taxi to the airport. The cleaning was excellent. On the day before, Orlando kindly texted me the directions to get there. On the day itself, I was welcomed by a friendly lady who showed me my room and collected the city fees. For the room itself, it is bright and clean, enough facilities. Towels changed every 3 days. Housekeeping done everyday, so place is kept clean. Although I would agree that the pillows are a little low, but no issues when I stacked the 2 pillows together. If there is electric kettle, it would be even better. Otherwise, great stay, great price, great location 👍🏻

There is metro station just next to it, easy to reach any part of the city. The apartment itself is very luxurious and spacious. The owners very nice and helpful. They made sure we were feeling like home.
