This is a room in a house set up for room rental located in a highway. As such: it was amazing! We liked the parking space availability (we got to park in the house area) and the way the rooms are set up independently and how modern the decor is. Truly they had everything we needed for our short 1 night stay on the way to Rome for half the price of a Rome stay! That was awesome. Rooms were comfortable with large tv and comfy bed and big room and big bathroom. Truly everything we needed. Also we had a major issue with an ant infestation around some leftovers, and they were able to react quickly and get the whole issue under control. They had the cleaning crew over and they took care of it to our satisfaction.

My bathroom was spotless and very well appointed. My hostess was wonderful. She helped me manage my luggage and gave me a free lift to the cruise port. My departure was delayed until mid afternoon and she allowed me to stay to my mid afternoon departure. This hotel/b&b is a gem!

We loved everything: the large and nicely decorated room, the comfortable bed, the balcony overlooking the small square, the cleanliness and good taste throughout the entire place. Valentina was a very kind and attentive host. Perfect location – close to the city center and the beach. Also, Nettuno is a picturesque town on the Tyrrhenian Sea – not very well known, but with a peaceful, typically Italian atmosphere, beautiful and clean beaches, medieval buildings, and old churches. We will definitely return to Nettuno, and of course, to Favola Guesthouse Affittacamere.

Angela is an amazing host. She looked after our family of 4 even before we arrived, helping us book train tickets from Rome to Nettuno. She is very responsive, helpful, hospitable & kind. The place is new, very clean & close to the beach with restaurants & grocery stores in walking distance. Angela helped organise transport as we were attending a wedding at a nearby church, she recommended & booked restaurants for us too. Nothing was a problem for her. We would definetly come back & stay at IBordin.

Terletak 1.8km dari Pantai Ostia Lido, E&C Suites Roma menawarkan teres, dan penginapan dengan balkoni dan WiFi percuma. This apartment was absolutely fantastic. It's a smaller apartment with 2 bedrooms, a very nice balcony, strong ac, and in a great location, supermarkets and a few restaurants within 5 minutes walking, as is the metro which takes you straight to Rome or to a station about a 10 minute walk from the beach. The apartment was super well stocked, had everything we needed for a 10 day stay. We spent time here as an emergency, my husband ended up in the hospital, and the owner was an absolute lifesaver. He gave us a ride from the hospital to the apartment, took us to the airport to pick up our bags, took us back to the hospital to visit and brought us back to the apartment. He brought all of our bags upstairs, and was so so pleasant to talk with and to be around. He was super responsive to any requests, and even took us to the airport after our stay. If you're looking for a cheap, wonderful apartment run by a truly good person, this is your place.
