This is a room in a house set up for room rental located in a highway. As such: it was amazing! We liked the parking space availability (we got to park in the house area) and the way the rooms are set up independently and how modern the decor is. Truly they had everything we needed for our short 1 night stay on the way to Rome for half the price of a Rome stay! That was awesome. Rooms were comfortable with large tv and comfy bed and big room and big bathroom. Truly everything we needed. Also we had a major issue with an ant infestation around some leftovers, and they were able to react quickly and get the whole issue under control. They had the cleaning crew over and they took care of it to our satisfaction.

The accommodation was one of the best we had through out travelling Italy for a month, really did feel a special place, enough we would visit Nettuno again just for the sake of the accommodation more so than the town, though the town was also lovely!

Great location, right next to the peer & all restaurants. Extremely spacious and very nicely decorated apartment. It had everything you could need even for a longer stay. WiFi was fast (I did video-calls without any problem), AC managed perfectly even though it was a heatwave outside during my stay. Communication was excellent prior to arrival & was even allowed earlier check-in.

Il Mare di Roma Deluxe terletak di tepi pantai di Lido di Ostia, 4-minit berjalan kaki dari Pantai Ostia Lido dan 18km dari Zoo Marin. The unit we stayed in was terrific. Very clean, super modern. The host that met us and greeted us was very pleasant and very helpful in helping us with transportation and answering question as well as giving suggestions. Location was excellent, walking distance to the sea, restaurants and the main section of the town. 5 stars!

Staff was very friendly and helpful, even though communication was difficult, as she spoke Italian only and we didn´t.
