This property is 11/10. It is wonderful and the pool area is stunning. The pool is exceptionally clean and it has bar service also. The rooms are clean, spacious, modern and welcoming. Beds are super comfortable. The location is perfect and in walking distance to all restaurants. This property is also accessible for people with disabilities and has rooms equipped with wheelchair access. The staff are AMAZING so friendly and helpful, it was a breath of fresh air, they truly can’t do enough and you never feel uncomfortable with them.

Featuring a restaurant and a wellness area, Hotel Florence offers accommodation in the heart of Bellagio and only steps away from Lake Como shores. The truth is that this hotel went beyond my expectations, the staff is extremely kind and helpful, the breakfast is so delicious with so many options (I’m vegetarian), the hotel is located in front of a ferry station which is very very convenient, you can go everywhere walking from the hotel location. The rooms are super clean y very classy and beautiful with amazing views.

Hotel Du Lac & SPA is set in the heart of Bellagio, overlooking the main square, opposite the dock. Here you can enjoy panoramic views and excellent food. The staff were incredibly welcoming and happy to help us out with anything we needed. They even went the extra mile with bubbles and a card for my birthday.

We enjoyed the location so much. The view is amazing. If you come by car, there is a garage at the property which is very convenient. Beautiful view from our room overlooking the lake. Lovely little balcony perfect for a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely. Small buffet choice but with eggs etc. available to order. Very good air-conditioning. Parking available. Peaceful area. Approximately a 25 minute walk into Menaggio.

It was a wonderful experience staying right on Lake Como. The location was stunning, the atmosphere peaceful, and everything was just as we hoped. The staff were especially attentive and professional, making us feel truly welcomed and cared for. Highly recommended!
