The hotel has the best location in Bellagio. The views to the lake are awesome. The hotel personnel are very professional, nice and helpful. The restaurant has an outstanding view to the lake. Breakfast buffet is plentiful and abundant. Bedrooms are nice, clean, comfy and beds are good. The hotel has Spa services. All the restaurant and little shops are at a walking distance.

Totally recommend this place, it exceeded our expectations. Very friendly and helpful owner that explained everything well and suggested activities in the area, was always ready to answer any question and help. the house is gorgeous, nicely decorated, very spacious and comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and two bedrooms and a living room also a garage and a nice garden. Moreover, the view is SPECTACULAR , the photos don't do it justice, in reality it is even better, simply breathtaking. The area is very good and close to everything like a super market and a bus station that enables you to reach the city center or the train station in a couple of minutes. You will not regret booking this place and you will have a great time with your family in this amazing city.

We were very pleased with our stay at Foresteria Lago di Como. Everything was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had a beautiful view from the balcony. We enjoyed sitting there and drinking our wine in the evening. The location was good. There were buses to reach the center of Menaggio, but they were infrequent, so we chose to walk. It took around 20–25 minutes from the hotel. The walk itself was lovely, surrounded by the beautiful and peaceful Menaggio landscape. Wonderful breakfast! They had croissants, toast, fresh fruits, oats, granola, yogurt, and freshly prepared eggs — everything you could ask for! Many thanks to Foresteria for such a wonderful stay
