The room was very clean, modern, spacious and pleasant with a balcony overlooking the sea. It’s located right in the city centre and close to all the beaches of Forio. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of choice and a beautiful view to the sea. We also had delicious meals and the best white wine. All the staff was really kind and helpful, the service was great! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Grazie mille!

The place had just opened (early May) and was not crowded. Breakfasts on the patio overlooking the sea were prepared to order and very good. We swam and paddle boarded from the small dock. The staff were super helpful. Dinners (not included) were large and delicious. The hotel arranged a private boat tour around Ischia that left and returned to the hotel. We stopped for snorkeling and lunch at our pace - this was the highlight of our 2 week trip to Southern Italy.

In the morning Lucia bakes fresh cakes for an Italian style breakfast and Carlo will give you all the information and solve all the problems. They are very committed to their guests and we felt genuinely welcomed. They waited and drove us from the port to the accommodation when we arrived, and also on the way back. They even offer to guests to pick them from the bus stop in front of the villa if they are not in the mood for steep walking. Lucia and Carlo, great team at amazing place for a memorable vacation.

Breakfasts (and other meals) are in a beautiful open air covered patio overlooking the swimming pool and palm trees. Recommend the mezza pensione/half board in which dinner is included. The dinners include several antipasti/appetizers, a primo/pasta, a secondo/meat which was usually fresh local fish, dessert, and wine made by the owners. Very good value for the money and everything was freshly made at the moment! A bonus: the best beach on Ischia, San Francesco, is an easy 10-minute walk from the residence. Will definitely return! The staff is like family!
