We had an unforgettable experience at Napoli Centro Suite and Spa. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness by Mattia, Isabel, her lovely mother. They were not only incredibly gentle and friendly, but also very informative and helpful throughout our stay. They gave us excellent recommendations on places to visit—some of which we would have never discovered on our own—and guided us to fantastic local restaurants where we enjoyed authentic Neapolitan cuisine. Thanks to their suggestions and hospitality, our trip felt truly special and personal. The location of the accommodation is another big plus. It’s very convenient, just a short walk from the metro, which makes it easy to explore Naples whether you’re staying for a few days or a longer period. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, creating a relaxing atmosphere after a day of sightseeing. We truly recommend this lodging to everyone. Perfect location, 2 min walking distance to the metro station. Wonderful room, very comfortable and clean! Vittorio & Dora are the best ,we couldn't ask for better service.

Very nicely appointed and expertly decorated. The room was very clean and all the furnishings and fixtures were modern and high quality. Good location with access to different areas of the city. Nice neighborhood with several cafes, restaurants, pharmacy, good grocery store, etc in close proximity. The host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend, we will definitely stay there again.

The hotel is excellent, we are satisfied except for the chechin hour, it was written that the check-in is available after 9 pm but somehow I didn't notice, so we had to stay for a few hours in front of the hotel before checking

The location is perfect for the two main roads in Naples, Spaccanapoli and Toledo. It was an easy walk to the Beverello port to catch a ferry. Our host was easy to reach and so very nice. The room was sparkling clean and modern. Having the hot tub was a major plus considering all the walking we did in the city!

Quiet, clean, modern and welcoming room. Kind and helpful staff. Very central location to walk around and visit Naples on foot. We liked it a lot. To return. The hotel is located on the 3rd floor of a historic Neapolitan building, equipped with a lift, the rooms overlook the courtyard, private and quiet.
