Situated along Mount Road in Chennai, ITC Grand Chola is 8 km from the Chennai International Airport. It features 11 dining options and an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. Our stay was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were truly outstanding. Special thanks to Kamini, the Relationship Manager, for her thoughtful follow-ups and genuine care she consistently checked in to ensure our comfort and assisted with every aspect of our visit. We stayed here for several nights. The room was really nice and clean, and had a small balcony with a beautiful view overlooking Ooty. Though they do not have their own laundry service, they arranged for someone to come and pick up our laundry for us. They also arranged a tour to Mudumalai Tiger Reserve for us. The only downside of this place is the lack of eating facilities/included breakfast, however there are several locations close to it for good food.
