The property was warm and welcoming and the staff attentive and helpful. I arrived early and check in was facilitated by Faiz. Early check in was possible and the hotel kindly offered me an upgraded room. The upgraded room was fabulous. I would gladly stay here again.

The choice of experience available for guests are what you expect however had some unique "estate walk' with a resident ecologist is really makes the experience memorable. While all the staff we encountered were friendly, courteous and helpful, we would like to single out few of them: Lakrani was very courteous, efficient and friendly. She would be easily hired for customer facing work anywhere in the world. Infectious enthusiasm was impressive. Lithin was very knowledgable, friendly and willing to share his knowledge about the property, eco system and his passion readily. Ranjit Kumar Pradhan was extremely friendly, obliging and creative in preparing food of exceptional quality and taste. Wish we stayed more nights to taste his delicacy.
