We got such a warm welcome - it truly made us feel happy! Everyone was really nice and helpful! It was very nice and thoughtful of them to give us a lovely gift when we were leaving - thank you again! They were very accommodating eg we requested an extra bed in the lobby/living room and it was all ready when we arrived! Our stay was pleasant and comfortable too!

They were attentive without being intrusive and always had great recommendations for activities and local spots to visit. The location is also very near to the Airport. Its hardly took me 5 mins to reach at hotel from the airport It is very calm and peaceful *The combination of luxurious accommodations, world-class service, and incredible amenities makes it a standout destination. I’ll definitely be returning! *Lastly when I was booking this property for a stay in Amritsar, I was doing bit of research on this property was going through some points! Located in the heart of Amritsar at Basant Avenue, Taj Swarna boasts an outdoor pool and spa centre. Free WiFi is featured and free private parking is available on site. Golden Temple is 5.5 km away. I stayed here with my family and it was an amazing hotel, it certainly exceeded my expectations. Staff from front counter to the restaurants were very friendly and accommodating. The food was good, i genuinely have no complaints about the hotel. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained the kids absolutely loved it.

Fabulous hotel...they have maintained and done some upkeep since the last time I was here so rooms are even neater. Very upscale. Front desk was also very obliging about tracking my road trip journey from Chandigarh for safety, since it was a late night arrival. Breakfast buffet and service is good and very attentive. Very comfortable stay in Jalandhar. Keep up the good work. Very good for business travellers too
