Upon arriving, we were greeted by Suep, the villa keeper, with cold juice & some cookies. He was very kind, friendly & helpful; taking care of anything we needed including fixing the AC in one of the rooms promptly, & helping us arrange a snorkeling trip, bikes, & even a horse to help us get to the port for our departure boat. Their positive attitude made us feel like royalty, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.Overall, this was one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at.
