Location is the best! Lots of Massage & eateries nearby hotel. Famous K2 Food Court is just 3 mins walk and Grand Batam Mall is 8 mins walk. Service is also good. We were given a double bed room on 1st floor, we then requested for a higher floor, they gave us a twin bed on a higher floor and later housekeeping join the bed for us. We asked for more pillows at night and they provided at once. Value for money.

The house was equipped with everything needed. The swimming pool and property were very nice. Could easily get a Grab car to go places. The deck was great to sit out and read and enjoy the surroundings.
