The hotel is back away from the street making it quiet, even when sitting on the outside balconies. The spa downstairs is very nice with great amenities. We particularly liked coming back to enjoy the spa after a long day of site seeing. The breakfast was diverse and of good quality. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located 10-15 minutes walking from the main tour areas of Split so it was convenient but far enough away not to be in the middle of huge crowds and noise.

The hotel is located maybe on the most peaceful spot of town, among trees, far from the hottest spot of people. There was no disturbance, whatsoever, only sounds outside being the birds and the sounds from tennis court. No nuisance at all. We also spotted a squirrel living in the neighbour and bats in the evening, which was very nice indeed. The landscape is excellent from the top floor; islands, the sea and the tree tops. The tennis courts offer entertainment, it was fun to watch people playing! We had a balcony in the South corner which offers also a stunning view to the mountains. The hotel itself is very nice and tidy. The rooms have plenty of space, with very comfy beds. The breakfast is excellent with numerous items to choose from, from cereals to fruits and everything between. There is also a possibility of gluten free options. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And quick in their actions. Their English was also excellent: no challenges in communication, whatsoever.

Luxurious rooms and a great sea view due to a free upgrade to the family suite! The hotel is very tastefully decorated. The breakfast is lovely, including a buffet and an a la carte menu. The spa is small but the hotel wasn't busy so we had it to ourselves when we went to use it. The swimming pool is great but it was very cold as they had only filled it with water that day - we arrived on the first day of the season.

Built in 1921 and completely restructured in 2015, the Hotel Park Split is a traditional first-class hotel in the centre of Split, right next to the famous Bačvice beach. Perfect stay at this authentic hotel. The location was perfect, sea views and easy access to the old town. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The staff was attentive and always ready to help. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and elegant place to stay!
