It’s paradise, not in a five star showy kind of way but in a wholesome, immersed in nature kind of way. I’ll miss the lovingly prepared breakfast overlooking the spectacular lake and mountain views and the luscious gardens set with a solar panel for the pool and veg garden for the organically homegrown food. The sweet staff make the place too. It’s off the beaten track in a non touristy part but that’s core to its charm.

Offering a restaurant and a private beach area in Atitlán Lake, Hotel La Casa del Mundo is located in El Jaibalito. Free WiFi access is available in all areas. A unique place, highly recommended! Food is great and the location is stunning.

Offering an outdoor pool and a hydro-massage hot tub, Tzampoc Resort is located in Santa Catarina Palopó. Just an incredible experience. I could not ask for more, most beautiful surroundings/views, great breakfast and relaxed atmosphere by the pool with refreshing drinks made by the bar staff

Atitlan Sunset Lodge Apartments are located on the shores of Lake Atitlan in Santa Cruz La Laguna and boast excellent volcano views. Free Wi-Fi and kayak use are provided at this property. This may be the best place I have stayed. The views were incredible. The location was easy to access, but very private and peaceful. The on site staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was good and the staff there were very friendly. Having access to a free paddleboard for the morning was great. Great place to swim right off the dock. The hot tub was a nice place to hang out in at sunset. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and there was (decently) hot water. The concierge was helpful and helped me arrange transportation back to Antigua. Cannot recommend enough!!

Super calm big garden, very natural environment. The staff was helpful. Easy and cheap access to the centre and the port with tuktuk.

The location, the facilities - my suite was so beautiful with a view that was unmatched they bed was super comfy, the staff - always so welcoming. I truly enjoyed my stay and will be back.

Surrounded by coffee plantations, Hotel San Buenaventura de Atitlán offers a private beach area, an outdoor pool and tropical gardens. A little hidden gem, is outside the town of Panajachel. Quaint, with pool and its own little beach. We didn't want to leave!
