A hidden gem in busy Skiathos town - very leafy and welcoming. Fantastic owner who explained everything patiently. Nice and clean pool. Excellent shower and quiet location. We will certainly be back. This family-run property is situated on a hillside, just 250 metres from Agia Paraskevi Beach. Lovely hotel with great staff and facilities. Easy walk to a fantastic beach. Travelling with teenagers so it was great for them to be able to come and go as they pleased. We ate really well at the local restaurants but it's also super easy to jump on the bus into Skiathos Town. You don't really need to hire a car if you are happy to stick to the south of the island. We were leaving on a late ferry so stayed by the pool for the last day and used the shower/changing facilities available.

The host was very friendly and met us when our flight arrived pretty late at night. The location is pretty good - there's a market and bakery on the street, both of which we visited multiple times during our stay. Old port and a beach are only a 10 minute walk away. The singular bathroom was tough with 6 people, but otherwise the space worked well for the number of guests. AC was great, cleaning service was very helpful as well. The balcony was lovely. Overall, I would recommend this stay to anyone. Such a gorgeous town with amazing food and drinks on every street! Be prepared to walk up a hill when returning from the town.

Menawarkan pemandangan laut, Ilios house menyediakan penginapan dengan teres dan balkoni, kira-kira 15-minit berjalan kaki dari Pantai Achladies. Spacious rooms. Everything you need for a long stay. We had perfect weather. Beautiful view. Of course, it goes with a slightly more extreme path to the house, but this cannot be called a minus. The island is beautiful. We hope to visit there again.

The Villa was beautiful, clean and had all the essentials available. Alex was there to greet us and show us the property. Villa was in a great location, walking distance to beaches, market, great restaurants and also the bus stop to go into town or other beaches further away.
