The staff was incredibly polite and helpful. The facility is extraordinary. Near Naya Beach (by far the best beach club in Faliraki).

The staff was super friendly and polite, the breakfast was fresh and delicious and the pool was amazing, just a 5 minute walk to the beach. But I recommend taking swim shoes with you, the beach is very rocky. I’m definitely coming back again in the future!

The bath, the hosts, the breakfast arrangement, tv's, bed.. everything was as it should. But really the hosts Melina and Konstantinos deserve an A++! On our departure there was some issue with the taxi which didn't come or was very late, but Konstantinos looked after us and even gave us a ride to the port by himself! I cannot image a better service! Their friendliness left such nice memories for us!

Great location. So quiet but so central. Ferry was cancelled twice due to high winds so ended up arriving at 7:30am instead of 5pm. Room was available so we were allowed straight in when we arrived. Just what we needed after having to get up at 4:30am in Symi. Given longer to stay at end of holiday too. Great communication, really helpful. Everything you could ask for. Highly recommended.

Cleanliness, staff and overall accommodations are top notch. Our room was large, perfectly clean and had essentially everything you would need during your stay. Staff is very professional, helpful and absolutely delightful. The rooms, pool, breakfast and snack bar were nothing short of amazing. Really looking forward to coming back next year.

Effie & Giannis were so reassuring through the booking & arrival process. The property is tucked in the beautiful old town. The rooms were lovely and well appointed. The breakfast was by far the best of my three week European travels!! They clearly put their heart into hospitality!! The on-site massages with Evangelia were heaven sent 🥰

Located in a smal quiet alley off the main street and accessible to all the sights. The stuff (especially Irene) were kind and friendly and gave us a lot of helpfull suggestions and tips that were always right. The room was big clean and stylish in a magnificent recently restored building. The breakfast was really tasty done with a lot of care. I would definitely recommend it!!!

I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, and everything was perfect. The room cleanliness, the staff's friendliness, and the proximity to the sea were all excellent. It’s also in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city. The breakfasts were delicious as well. I will definitely visit again!
