The staff was incredibly polite and helpful. The facility is extraordinary. Near Naya Beach (by far the best beach club in Faliraki).

The staff was super friendly and polite, the breakfast was fresh and delicious and the pool was amazing, just a 5 minute walk to the beach. But I recommend taking swim shoes with you, the beach is very rocky. I’m definitely coming back again in the future!

We had a very relaxing, yet exciting holiday in Faliraki.We take bus number 25 from the airport to Faliraki. The price of an adult ticket is 3.50 euros and it takes 30 minutes. The accommodation was comfortable, clean and well equipped,especially the jacuzzi, which we used almost every evening.Breakfast is brought to your room at a time of your choice between 8-10 am. It was delicious and filling, we could never eat it all at once.The rooms were cleaned every day between 11am and 1pm and we received fresh towels every day.The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was very useful because the temperature was above 30 degrees almost all day every day.The hosts are very kind and helpful. In a quiet environment, but if someone wants to party, then the beach and the pedestrian streets are about a 10-minute walk away. There are a few shops and restaurants,bars nearby. The owners also have a restaurant (Desert Rose) where guests get a 20% discount. We have never eaten such delicious food anywhere else. We will definitely come back here again. Great location. So quiet but so central. Ferry was cancelled twice due to high winds so ended up arriving at 7:30am instead of 5pm. Room was available so we were allowed straight in when we arrived. Just what we needed after having to get up at 4:30am in Symi. Given longer to stay at end of holiday too. Great communication, really helpful. Everything you could ask for. Highly recommended.

Cleanliness, staff and overall accommodations are top notch. Our room was large, perfectly clean and had essentially everything you would need during your stay. Staff is very professional, helpful and absolutely delightful. The rooms, pool, breakfast and snack bar were nothing short of amazing. Really looking forward to coming back next year.

I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, and everything was perfect. The room cleanliness, the staff's friendliness, and the proximity to the sea were all excellent. It’s also in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city. The breakfasts were delicious as well. I will definitely visit again!
