We also loved the location — it was perfect for exploring the area while still offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, this stay made our trip truly memorable. For the location to the staff, it was a perfect stay for us. We had an early check out, and they prepared a breakfast box for us. That was really sweet. We had some request and last minute cancellations (spa), that were well taken into consideration. We had a sea view room and it was magnificent.

Facilities are amazing, the pool, the restaurant. It was in a very good location as well, 5min away from the center for Fira. Boasting a seasonal outdoor pool and a furnished sun terrace with Kommeno Bay views, this 5-star hotel offers 24-hour concierge and 24/7 room service. Excellent location on the coast. The rooms are cozy, clean, private pool, robes, lots of towels, slippers that were changed every day. Despite the fact that we were out of season and some of the rooms were being renovated, our room was perfectly cleaned every day, water and breakfast were brought. The room has an iron, ironing board, wardrobes, sofa, the air conditioning system works quietly. All the staff is very attentive. The territory is clean. We will definitely come back in the summer.

Overlooking the Blue Flag Hersonissos Beach, the all-inclusive Creta Maris Resort combines a Cretan hospitality and green-oriented environment with exclusive 5-star services. The staff was extremely welcoming and pleasant, The quality of the food was great, very diverse. Everything was tasty and fresh. The hotel itself is very cute, with lots of typical mediterranian greenery. Very clean, great for families and couples.

Location is great - very close to 2 nice beaches, which are walking distance, but hotel offers free shuttles any time on request which was very convenient. Breakfast is more like a dinner here with extreme level of variety of food, hot dishes, a lot of local specialties, fresh juices etc. - really great! Free daily supply of still water bottles in a room is a nice touch. Bus stop is in front of hotel and each 30 minutes you can get into town and back in 10 minutes for less than 2 eur (taxi will cost around 35 eur). Staff is incredible, you will always feel welcome and like at home. Pool area is also nice and views from hotel are amazing. We really enjoyed our stay!
