Everything was great, delicious breakfast, perfect location in Koum Kapi, just a couple of minutes to walk to the nearby beach that is very clean and not crowded. The room was big and cozy, and the view we had from the balcony was spectacular!

The hotel itself is very pleasant and well decorated. The staff is very friendly and willing to help you in anyway they can. Our room was even better than in the photos, spacious, comfortable, A/C, Wi-fi, personal swimming pool and long chairs, with everything you might need during your stay. The breakfast was high quality, you do have to chose in advance, meaning the previous day, what you will want but it's well worth it and with lots of options to chose from. Another positive point was a parking spot in their garage since we had a rented car. The hotel also has a little gym room, pool and spa, which we end up not using due to other activities we had planned but it looked nice and can be a plus for some people. Lastly, the location is good if you want to escape the "city center rush" and have a beautiful (but distant) view on the port and shore. However going to the center of Chania will require some compromise. We had our own car so it was fine to go but finding a parking spot (in particular for free) can be a challenge. Walking is possible but it will take quite some time. The alternatives are then bus or taxi, which give you less freedom or the need to pay. In any case, we truly enjoyed the entire experience, we were definitely happy with our stay!

All the accommodation types are renovated. Air conditioning comes as a standard. We loved the village feel of the resort. It felt safe and there was plenty for the children and adults to do alike. It was great to see such a mix of people. The resort was clean and well looked after, the staff were excellent and always on hand to help. We didn’t want for anything. We will certainly return to Creta Maris.

The Health Club on the 4th floor, exclusively reserved for hotel guests, is equipped with a variety of fitness equipment as well as a steam bath, a hot tub, a massage table and a sauna with colour and music therapy. The sun beds and umbrellas by the pool area on the roof are perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Everything! Staff is VERY friendly and polite! Breakfast is amazing with a lot of tasty things! Soundproof works really well so you’re not hearing the noise of taking off airplanes. Outdoor pool has nice panoramic view to areas located around🥰

The 5-star resort boasts an outdoor pool, two restaurants & 2 bars. A brand-new, high-standard hotel. We received an upgrade to a stunning suite. Wonderful infinity pools and a very attentive staff. We enjoyed it very much.

Fabulous apartment with a perfect location on the edge of Old Town. Lots of lovely bars , restaurants, shops and cafes very near by but the apartment is very quiet. Lovely comfy bed with air conditioning. Small kitchen area with a fridge, hob, dishwasher , toaster, kettle and everything you need to prepare a light lunch or breakfast. Small balcony overlooking the outdoor plunge pool/jacuzzi. Good wifi signal. The hosts are extremely friendly and change the bedding and clean the rooms regularly. Decent sized modern bathroom and shower.

At the hotel guests are welcome to take advantage of a hot tub. 2nd time we have been to Ventus as the location is excellent for relaxing! Room was excellent with lovely sea views, very clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable! Black out blinds also made this a great room to sleep
