From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles by the staff. The reception it’s located in the family restaurant that they have and everyone was very friendly. The room was clean and nice, the bed was very comfortable. We had a small problem with our room key and it was fixed immediately. We went for dinner at their family restaurant Kitchen Stories By The Sea and I have to note that everything was very good. Epavli Grace Hotel offers 4-star accommodation with a hot tub. We got a free room upgrade so we had a huge room with a big balcony. It was one of the most clean hotels I ever stayed in (and I never book lower than 4 stars). The location was really great close to the city centre. Beds and pillows were also great. The personnel were always nice and helpful.
