Terletak 14km dari Tasik Marathon, Villa Constangie menawarkan kolam renang luaran bermusim, taman dan penginapan yang berhawa-dingin dengan balkoni dan WiFi percuma. Beautiful, attention to detail and pride of ownership are apparent. The town of Marathon had a nice feel, and less tourist traffic. Still so many speak English, but less than the bigger cities.

I arrived too early as I had to switch flights. the property managed to give me the keys according to my arrival at the property. The place exceeded my expectations, it is a hidden gem in Saronida/Lagonissi area. Relaxing when on business duty and giving yourself a luxury treat in a place that is paradise on earth. the garden offers numerous opportunities to work on your laptop, read a book or simply chill and enjoy the silence. the decoration of the entire place shows that the owner built this group of apartments also for his own use. Nice furniture, tasteful finishings, materials, and colours used in the studio. I recommend this place to like-minded travellers of the world, who had enough of the crowded 5 Star hotel scenery they see every day when on business duty and instead love the quite subtle luxury in style, design, aesthetics and peaceful environments with personality, like Aval Riviera. the gym in the garden space is fabulous for Yoga. The relax area by the pool was my favourite place after busy meetings. For those who want to enjoy the sea, Lagonissi and Saronida area up to Cape Sounion offer a variety of beach bars you can visit according to taste and budget. I will return to Aval Riviera for my next trips to Athens. It is close to the airport, close to the sea, close to bars, restaurants, shopping facilities, plus it is a place where you offer yourself a nice treat between busy schedules. Loved this place!

We are a family of 5 (2 parents, 3 kids) and booked the apartment for 2 nights. The apartment is clean and spacious with a well-equipped kitchen. The host was fantastic and very helpful; he even met us at the airport. The apartment is a 30-minute walk from a beautiful beach. We had a wonderful time there during our flight connection. Highly recommended.

The property was clean as expected on the pictures, which we wouldve stayed here for our trip was only here for one day to catch a flight the next day! Host was amazing showed us how everything worked, complimentary coffee and croissants amazing!!

The air-conditioned apartment is located in the center of Artemis. The apartment is new, including : dishes, bedding, towels, etc., very nicely decorated. You can find everything you need there, even if you want to prepare something to eat. The owner also took care of small things like sugar, coffee, tea, and spices. As a welcome gift, we had wine in the fridge and a bottle of cold water and cookies. The bathroom has everything you need and even more, including bathrobes and a hydromassage shower. The apartment includes a terrace, which is twice the size of the apartment. The terrace has comfortable furniture for relaxing and enjoying the Jacuzzi. It's a pure pleasure to enjoy the Jacuzzi while overlooking the sea. The water is, of course, changed after each guest. The apartment is located on the third floor and offers a perfect view of the sea and kitesurfers. The owner has ensured that the terrace has ample shade at all times of the day and provides privacy when using the Jacuzzi. You can always feel the breeze on the terrace and avoid the heat. It's a very pleasant place to spend the evenings. The nearest shop, bus stop are 50 meters away, and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The beach is about 150 meters away. The owner is very nice and quick to respond. We were able to leave our luggage there because we arrived a few hours early. I highly recommend it!

Great modern house located within reach of various interesting spots. Within a few minutes drive of the sea, and a bunch of restaurants, whilst also being very quiet. Amazing views for a coffee (in or out), with the jacuzzi and pool table providing some relaxing moments after busy days
