I also want to mention that there is such a hospitality and friendliness in the mentality, I was completely amazed and pleasantly surprised. Victoria (the hotel owner) made sure that I had everything I needed. She also sends you all kinds of information when you check in so you can easily find your way in the city. Any other questions she is happy to help you. I am a solo female traveler and I felt perfectly safe in the area as well as in the rest of the city. No need to worry and everyone is ready to help you if you ask. It is also very easy to book all kinds of tours from Tblisi to the other parts of the country. In the end I stayed 10 days at the hotel for this reason.

The service was exceptional from start to finish. Everyone was warm, responsive, and eager to help with anything we needed. A special thank you to Tika, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. She helped us with reservations, gave us great restaurant recommendations, booked a hairstylist, and offered so much thoughtful support. She made everything feel easy and stress-free, which meant a lot to us during such a special time. When they found out we had just gotten married, they surprised us by upgrading our service and gifting us a bottle of bubbly - such a kind gesture! And when the owner overheard us mentioning laundry difficulties, he personally arranged to have our clothes washed and returned to us clean and neatly folded. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast service was delicious and convenient. We truly can’t recommend this place enough. Thanks again to Tika and the wonderful team for making our stay unforgettable!

Stuff couldn't do more to accommodate all our needs and they were always smiling and ready to help. Check in was flawless and breakfast was fantastic. Lots of choice, fresh food, great coffee. Our room was on the 5th floor, not huge but enough for our needs, nicely decorated and housekeeping was fantastic. Spa was clean and not crowded and smoothies, water and cookies provided there was an extra highly appreciated touch. We never had to wait long for elevators and check out process was fast and smooth. Even if there is no parking, front door stuff made it possible to always have a space left for our car in front of the hotel. We just needed to hand them our key, so easy and comfortable for us during our whole stay.

The room exceeded all expectations—spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming. The location is perfect, just a short distance from Tbilisi’s Old Town. The only minor issue was that the place was a bit hard to find at first due to unclear signage. But overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I’d highly recommend it!
