This place was perfect. We love such countryside accommodations. It's so private and quiet. Like I said to the host, I would really love to work there for some period, you could enjoy the views every day 🙂

Perfect place for a few days of relaxation and visiting the area.

A 16th-century castle, Château Les Oliviers de Salettes sits in a 31-hectare park just 20 km from Montélimar Train Station. Beautiful property. Little piece of heaven on earth. Staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough to help. The Grill restaurant was outstanding. The other restaurant was not available during our stay but the Grill food was so good we didn’t feel we were messing out.

The hotel is a little gem nestled in the countryside and in a small village in Provence. The owner is a delightful person and very helpful. The rooms are well furnished and cozy, clean and neat. We will gladly stay there again

The Logis Hôtel Restaurant Le Plantevin is located in the Regional Park of the Baronnies Provençales, facing the Mont Ventoux. This is a lovely hotel with some history. The location is fantastic and the view from our bedroom and the terrace were wonderful. Very quiet and peaceful. Lovely swimming pool. The food (supper & breakfast) were excellent.

Built in 1661, Les Arcades Le Lion D'or is located in the famous 15th-century arcades in the heart of the listed, historic village of Buis les Baronnies. What a fabulous hotel! We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of June. This is an old, quirky establishment in the centre of a market town (Wednesday and Saturday). The staff were exceptionally polite and friendly. Our room was huge and well equipped, with the largest bed we've ever seen. a fridge, a security box, large shower room and separate toilet. Our room had a veranda looking out over the market square. We didn't know if this would be a problem or not but it was so quiet, even on the Saturday morning when the market was in full swing. All areas of the hotel are spotlessly clean. The pool area and huge garden offer a beautiful oasis of calm. We chose not to take breakfast until the last day and that was plentiful and delicious. (we normally prefer a late start, taking a coffee in a local café). The town is not too big but offers a choice of places to eat and drink. We ate one night at La Fourchette which was amazing (limited menu but this was fine for us). This is a really pretty area of France and there are lovely places to visit. Merci beaucoup!
