We had a wonderful stay at Encantos del Jerte. The place has it all. It is located in the center of the village next to the church and 1 min away from the river. It is recently renovated and has all the best construction materials and amenities, for example it has radiant floor heating! It is a beautiful sustainable gem in the heart of Navaconcejo. We also made use of the accessibility of the ground level apartment for my great grandma that is in a wheel chair. Felisa, the owner was very attentive before, during and after our stay and very understanding with our little kids’ needs. Navaconcejo is my mom’s hometown and I come back frequently and Encantos de Jerte will be my go to spot from now on!

We stayed at this beautiful country house for just one night, and we absolutely loved it! The place is incredibly quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house itself was spotless, and we really appreciated how well-equipped everything was. The bathrooms had everything we needed: shampoo, body wash, tissue, a hair dryer, and fresh clean towels. The kitchen was also fully stocked with everything you'd need for cooking, including condiments and even a dishwasher. One small detail I really liked was the generous supply of paper towels in the kitchen, it was super handy when prepping meals and keeping the counters clean. All the bedrooms were clean and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The AC units were all new and worked perfectly—you can even control the temperature and lighting using the property’s mobile phone, which was a nice modern touch. There are four spacious bedrooms, and the house is very family-friendly too. They had a crib and a changing table ready, perfect for anyone traveling with a baby. While the private swimming pool looked amazing, we didn’t get to use it since it was still a bit chilly during our spring visit. But the property has a warm jacuzzi inside the house, which was perfect for the cool weather! We enjoyed it so much!!! There were also plenty of fun things to do around the house like playing PS5 for anyone who’s into gaming. To top it all off, the owner was incredibly kind and generous. Since we checked in a bit late, he allowed us to stay a little longer so we could make the most of our visit—which we really appreciated. We’re already planning to come back. Highly recommend this place!

Located in Jerte Valley, this elegant spa hotel is set within beautiful gardens and offers an outdoor pool. It offers modern, air-conditioned rooms with a flat-screen TV. The add-ons were great. The pools and the breakfast were excellent. However, the bed could be a little more comfortable. And our room had mold around the window frame. Not just a little bit, but a lot. I know that is a problem in some parts of Spain, due to very high humidity, but it is inexcusable for a hotel that boasts a 4 Star rating. Unfortunately, I realized it when it was very late, and we were staying only one night anyway, so we didn't ask to be moved. But besides that, the hotel offers really good value for money. The sulfur pool was very relaxing and my wife loved her massage, and very reasonable price.
